ED Specialist said I can weigh myself once a week only and not to do it any more or be afraid of the scales. I was terrified I had gained since but I am the same. :D I have to stay the same weight for this treatment. But I feel disgusting at thiss weight. I doubt the specialist would mind if lost a few lbs.

Had to cancel last app. because I was brought into inpatient. Not for my bad eating habits I guess you could call it but because of my Bi Polar. I took a bad turn. Imout of the worst now, I just feel detached from reality. Its a horrible sensation.
